We want every baker who joins our workshop to feel confident about their decision. This policy explains when refunds are possible, when they aren't, and how to request one. By making a payment for our workshop, you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of the Service
The 2-Day Eggless Baking Workshop is a digital service delivered live via Zoom on fixed dates (6th & 7th June 2026). Once you enroll, your seat is reserved and the corresponding capacity is blocked from being offered to others.
2. When Refunds Are Available
Full Refund (100%)
- If you request a refund at least 48 hours before the workshop start time (i.e., before 12:00 PM IST on 4th June 2026).
- If we cancel the workshop for any reason from our side, including technical issues, illness, or insufficient enrollments. In this case, you'll have the choice between a 100% refund or a free seat in the next batch.
- If you accidentally pay twice for the same workshop, we will refund the duplicate transaction in full.
Partial Refund (50%)
- If you request a refund between 48 hours and 2 hours before the workshop start time, you'll be eligible for a 50% refund. The other 50% covers the seat that can no longer be offered to another baker.
3. When Refunds Are NOT Available
Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:
- Refund request received less than 2 hours before the workshop start time.
- If the workshop has already begun, even if you didn't attend.
- If you have already accessed the recorded videos, recipe PDF, or workshop recordings.
- If you fail to attend due to issues on your side (poor internet, wrong time zone, missed email, etc.). We strongly recommend testing your Zoom setup beforehand.
- If you are removed from the workshop or community for violating our Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct.
- For any "change of mind" requests after the workshop has ended.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to workshop@jyotimahawar.com with the following details:
- Subject line: Refund Request – [Your Full Name]
- Razorpay Payment ID (received in your confirmation email)
- Email and phone number used during enrollment
- Reason for requesting the refund (this helps us improve)
You will receive an acknowledgement within 24 working hours.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days of approval.
- The refunded amount typically reflects in your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank, card issuer, or UPI provider.
- Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction. We cannot refund to a different account or method.
6. Workshop Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend the live workshop on the scheduled dates:
- You will still receive lifetime access to the workshop recordings, recipe PDF, and community as long as you have paid in full.
- You may request a one-time transfer of your seat to the next available batch by emailing us at least 48 hours before the workshop start. Transfers are subject to seat availability and approval.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
Before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer, please reach out to us first at workshop@jyotimahawar.com. We strongly believe most issues can be resolved directly. Filing chargebacks for legitimate, delivered services may result in disputes being contested with documented evidence of service delivery.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version active at the time of your enrollment is the one that applies to your purchase.
