Welcome! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jyotimahawar.com ("the Website") and your enrollment in any workshop, course, or service offered by Jyoti Mahawar Baking Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Jyoti Mahawar Baking Studio is a sole-proprietorship online education service operated by Jyoti Mahawar from Chandigarh, India. We offer live online baking workshops, recorded video lessons, and recipe content.
2. Workshop Details
- Workshop: 2-Day Eggless Baking Workshop for Beginners
- Dates: 6th & 7th June 2026
- Mode: Live online via Zoom
- Fee: ₹499 (Indian Rupees), all-inclusive, one-time payment
- Includes: 4 cake recipes, recipe PDF, 7-day WhatsApp support, lifetime access to recordings, lifetime community access
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll independently. Participants under 18 must enroll with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. By enrolling, you confirm that the personal information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
4. Enrollment & Payment
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful receipt of full payment.
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.
- You will receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes of payment, and the Zoom link / recipe PDF will be shared via email and WhatsApp 24 hours before the workshop.
- If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at workshop@jyotimahawar.com.
5. Pricing
The workshop fee is ₹499 (INR), all-inclusive. Prices are subject to change without notice for future batches, but the price you pay at the time of enrollment is final and binding for that batch. There are no hidden charges, GST, or convenience fees added at checkout.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Please refer to our detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short:
- Refunds are available if requested at least 48 hours before the workshop start time.
- Once the workshop has begun or recordings are accessed, no refund will be issued.
- If we cancel the workshop for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.
7. Intellectual Property
All workshop content — including recipes, PDFs, video recordings, illustrations, and any other material we share — is the exclusive property of Jyoti Mahawar Baking Studio and is protected by Indian copyright law. By enrolling, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use this content for your own learning.
You may not:
- Record, screen-capture, screenshot, or redistribute the live workshop or recordings.
- Share the Zoom link, recordings, recipe PDFs, or community access with anyone else.
- Resell, repackage, or use our content for commercial workshops, classes, or paid teaching of your own.
- Pass off our recipes or methods as your own original work.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the workshop and community without refund, and may attract legal action.
8. Code of Conduct
To keep the workshop and community a safe, supportive space for all bakers, we expect every participant to:
- Treat the chef, support staff, and fellow participants with respect.
- Keep discussions on-topic and avoid spam, abuse, or self-promotion.
- Refrain from sharing offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content in any group or session.
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate this code, without refund.
9. Workshop Outcomes & Disclaimers
While we put our best effort into teaching, the success of your bakes depends on factors beyond our control — including your equipment, ingredient quality, oven calibration, and how closely you follow the method. Outcomes may vary. The workshop does not guarantee any specific business or income result for those planning to start a home bakery.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jyoti Mahawar Baking Studio and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, the workshop, or content. Our total liability in any case shall be limited to the amount you paid for the workshop.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website may include links or integrations with third-party services (Razorpay, Zoom, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.). We are not responsible for the policies, content, or actions of these third parties.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
